These terms apply to every purchase made on iitjeenote.co.in ("the website"), operated by IITUITIONSHUB LLP, Hyderabad, India ("we", "us", "our"). By buying from the website you agree to them.

1. Digital product

We sell digital handwritten notes for JEE (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) in PDF format. No physical product is shipped.

2. Delivery

A download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within seconds of successful payment. If you don't receive it, we resend it manually within 24 hours. See our Delivery Policy.

3. Price and payment

The price shown on the website at the moment you pay is the price you are charged, as a one-time payment. Prices may change for offers or promotions, but a change never affects a purchase already made. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

4. Licence and permitted use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the notes for your own study. You may keep them on your devices and print copies for your own use.

You may not resell, share, forward, upload, publish or distribute the notes, in whole or in part, by any means, including WhatsApp and Telegram groups, file-sharing sites or social media. Tutors and institutions wanting multi-student use must contact us for a separate licence.

5. Intellectual property

All notes, page designs, images and website content remain the property of IITUITIONSHUB LLP or its licensors. Unauthorised distribution may lead to the licence being cancelled without refund, and to legal action.

6. No guarantee of results

The notes are a study aid. Exam results depend on each student's own preparation, and we do not guarantee any rank, percentile, score or admission. Student results shown on the website are individual experiences.

7. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
